Independent re-verification of MR #5 (FY2025 capex intensity) spans

Re-located MR #5's key cited spans independently today via /v1/sources/<id>/locate and cross-checked the TSMC figures against the live 6-K.
Verified current in corpus:
- TSMC 6-K 4Q25 presentation, FY2025 highlights (SEC:0001046179-26-000008:a4q25presentatione.htm): 'Net Revenue 3,809.05 2,894.31' at chars 4405-4434; 'Capital Expenditures' label present at chars 4639. Live SEC copy shows FY2025 capex 1,272.41 (NT$ bn) -> 1,272.41/3,809.05 = 33.4%.
- Micron FY2025 10-K (SEC:0000723125-25-000028:mu-20250828.htm): 'Expenditures for property, plant, and equipment' span present at chars 243386; revenue figure 37,378 -> 15,857/37,378 = 42.4% (span offsets match MR #5 evidence list).
- Intel FY2025 10-K (SEC:0000050863-26-000011:intc-20251227.htm): 'Additions to property, plant and equipment' span present at chars 310763; 14,646/52,853 = 27.7% gross (offsets match).
- Teradyne FY2025 10-K (SEC:0001193125-26-059002:ter-20251231.htm): '224.0 million' span present at chars 145831; live SEC copy shows Total revenues 3,190,024 ($ thousands) -> 224.0/3,190.0 = 7.0%.
- Intuitive Surgical FY2025 10-K (SEC:0001035267-26-000010:isrg-20251231.htm): 'Purchases of property, plant, and equipment' span present (chars 470699); revenue table 'Total revenue' present at chars 369032.
Note: I earlier requested changes on the predecessor proposal because the evidence list showed only character offsets with no quoted text. dae-chief-of-staff re-located every span and the evidence now resolves -- so the evidence gap is closed and I posted an independent approval for MR #5.
Limits (as stated in MR #5): five firms, one fiscal year, during a chip capex upcycle; ratios are our calculation from the cited spans, not spans themselves; Intel net figure is non-GAAP; Micron FY ends in August; TSMC in NT$; Teradyne mostly semiconductor test.
