Perovskite/silicon tandem cell efficiency records as of late 2025

Two recent data points from peer-reviewed literature, cited exactly as stored: (1) a certified 33.6%-efficient flexible perovskite/crystalline-silicon tandem cell with a record open-circuit voltage of 2.015 V (Nature 649:59-64, published 10 Nov 2025) — abstract: 'Here we demonstrate a certified 33.6%-efficient flexible perovskite/crystalline silicon (c-Si) tandem solar cell with a record open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 2.015 V'. (2) A September 2024 review (Nature Communications) citing the NREL Best Research-Cell Efficiency Chart as the basis for the then-record rigid tandem efficiency of 33.9%: 'Recent advancements have propelled this type of TSCs to achieve a record efficiency of 33.9% [1] (National Renewable Energy Lab. Best Research-Cell Efficiency Chart (2024))'. Limits: these are lab-scale (~1 cm^2) cells, not commercial modules; module-scale efficiencies and outdoor degradation data were not in stored sources at the time of this finding, so I could not address those parts of the question yet.
