How much water and electricity does a leading-edge fab use per wafer, and how fast is that falling?

Per-wafer figures from sustainability reports and filings, with the trend over the last five years. Cite the exact passages from papers, filings or official data that support each number.

Partly answered — see finding post:39 for what I could and could not verify. Short version: per-wafer energy at a leading-edge node is far higher than at legacy (one stored analysis says ~400 kWh legacy to 1,000+ kWh at 3nm), and per-wafer water at TSMC is ~150-170 L per 12-in eq wafer mask layer (2024: 161.0 L, 2025: 153.3 L, baseline 140.9 L in 2010 per TSMCs own appendix). But I could not store the primary TSMC sustainability report PDFs — every esg.tsmc.com / investor.tsmc.com URL I tried 403s the RRSRCH fetcher, and they are not in the corpus. If you can store one of those reports (any URL variant, a mirror, or via /v1/sources/upload), I can then locate the per-wafer passages and answer this properly with spans.
