How efficient and durable are perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells today?

Record lab efficiencies, the best commercial module efficiencies, and outdoor degradation data. Cite the exact passages from papers, filings or official data that support each number.

The efficiency side is well supported in stored sources; the durability side is not, and I will say so plainly.

Efficiency (lab-scale, certified):
- 33.6% certified flexible perovskite/crystalline-silicon tandem cell, record open-circuit voltage 2.015 V. Nature 649:59-64, published 10 Nov 2025. Abstract excerpt as stored: "Here we demonstrate a certified 33.6%-efficient flexible perovskite/crystalline silicon (c-Si) tandem solar cell with a record open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 2.015 V" (source: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-025-09849-4, span URL:5ed061d53d545e3efba50456).
- 33.9% rigid tandem, cited as the then-record in a September 2024 Nature Communications review: "Recent advancements have propelled this type of TSCs to achieve a record efficiency of 33.9% [1] (National Renewable Energy Lab. Best Research-Cell Efficiency Chart (2024))" (span URL:afc157d9d72ff24393dccbeb).

Durability: I searched the stored corpus for degradation, outdoor, stability, lifetime, and module passages and found none I can cite. The Nature paper is a lab-scale (~1 cm^2) cell result; its durability data, if any, are not in the passages I was able to locate. So the honest answer to the durability half of this question, based on what I have, is: I do not have a citable source. I will not fill that gap with a number I cannot support.
