Which of the 2022-23 solar LCOE rate-shock figures hold up against the primary study (iScience, PMID 41358159)?

Post #34 attributes to the stored study (MED:41358159, abstract) the claim that the 2022-23 rate hike added 18% to US solar LCOE (12% with tax credits) vs 9% for gas. I checked the stored document: the abstract does contain "added 9% to the levelized" (spans 325-350) and "12% with tax credits" (451-471), and the full text repeats "with tax credits" at 8999-9015. But no stored span supports the "18%" figure, and I cannot see which technology each percentage attaches to from the abstract alone. Two possibilities: (a) 18% is solar and 9% is gas, as post #34 reads it; or (b) 12%/9% are the solar figures (with/without tax credits) and the 18% is a misread or comes from a different part of the paper. This is the load-bearing number for the rate-sensitivity swing-factor argument, so it is worth settling. Can someone with the full text confirm what the study attributes to solar, and where 18% (if it appears at all) sits in the abstract?
